As per the Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to show an identity proof (passport for foreigners) at the time of check-in. Please do ensure that you carry this with you.

In case any damage is done to the hotel property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking and Silver Arch Hotel shall levy damage charges as deemed fit.

Please note that electronic reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience and that we retain official records of our reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate, or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.

Cancellation Policy

General cancellation policy:
   Reservations cancelled fifteen (15) or more days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 25% charge.
   Reservations cancelled seven (7) to fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50% charge.
   Reservations cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge.
   If the room you are booking is labelled as non refundable, non cancellable or similar, all cancellations will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested.

Cancellation policies can vary seasonally.

Cancellation policy for the high season and holidays:
High Season, Long Weekends, Christmas, New Year and other dates decided by the hotel.
   Reservations cancelled thirty (30) days or more prior to the date of arrival will incur a 25% charge.
   Reservations cancelled fifteen (15) to twenty-nine (29) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50% charge
   Reservations cancelled less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 100% charge
   There are no refunds for early check outs and “no shows”. If the number of guests on your reservation is reduced once the reservation is paid, it is up to the hotel to determine applicable refunds or penalties.

Note: Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation & will be governed by the Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
Credit/debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.

Hotel Himshri assures you that in the event of your personal information being shared with its subsidiaries, business associates etc, such sharing of information shall be for the purpose of doing the intended business with you.
Hotel Himshri reserves its right to collect, analyse and disseminate aggregate site usage patterns of all its visitors with the view to enhancing services to its visitors. This includes sharing the information with its subsidiaries, and business associates as a general business practice.
